“It’s time to get our shred on!”

Have you ever met someone that impressed you so much that you just had to tell everyone about them? For me, that is Ryan McAneney and this is his story.

Ryan is an all-around great guy and the owner of R-Mobile Paper Shredding. He started his shredding business 6 years ago and has grown it through hard work and dedication. He always has his business card on hand and is ready to talk shredding whenever the opportunity arises.

Through constant promotion and investing in great equipment, Ryan has grown his business and is able to hire his friends to help get the job done.

A typical day at R-Mobile Shredding with Ryan and Jenna.

Ryan is our neighbor and friend who proves that you can overcome any obstacle if you set your mind to it. Ryan was born with Cerebral Palsy (CP) and has proven again and again that having a disability will not hold him back. He is one of the happiest people I know and is so much fun to be around.

Shredding may be Ryan’s biz, but his interests don’t stop there. He is a huge Phillies fan. If he is not watching the game, he wants constant updates on the score with a detailed play-by-play of what is happening. He is a huge supporter of so many of our local sports. Whether at the high school or pee wee games, Ryan can be found front row, joining in with the cheerleaders when they call out his favorites.

He is also a musician. Through the help of a little technology, Ryan is an enthusiastic member of his church’s worship team and provides percussion for Sunday services. He also loves the sun and can be found most afternoons hanging out at the top of his driveway, greeting the neighbors and giving treats to every dog that passes by. But most of all, he LOVES vanilla ice cream. Give him a big bowl of the sweet stuff and you have a friend for life!

I feel so blessed that whenever I need to be inspired or want a good chat, all I need to do is cross the street.

Who inspires you? Please share their story.
